Lighten Up! slowly lights a
bedside lamp to simulate dawn. This simulates sunrise and tells your
brain that it is time to get up and start the day. Instructions are
included. At the time you select, your lamp will slowly go from off to
full on. Uses a standard 60 watt incandescent bulb (GE Soft White).
Compact flourescent, CLF, LED, or Tensor type lamps or bulbs may damage
the unit and your lamp. Do not use them. Some dimmer style lamps also
cause problems, some are O.K. Avoid them, they offer no advantage.
